This spacious apartment is one of the luxury rentals in Buenos Aires Argentina that we offer at the Poetry Building. The unit has a bedroom and living area divided by a floor-to-ceiling frosted glass pane. This feature affords privacy without affecting daylight. Furthermore, the bedroom has a king-sized bed and unique antique furnishings. Vacation rentals in Recoleta Buenos Aires do not often come with this level of décor. The rare dresser is a vintage printer’s storage chest. Also, above the bed, there is a Claudio Albornoz’s cut glass light fixture. The bedside tables are marble-topped Victorian antiques from England.
The triple pane glass from the French windows provide a sound barrier from the street. There is a small balcony offset from the bedroom with the building’s original mosaic floor tiles. This space is perfect for two people to dine or enjoy a glass of wine outside. Moreover, soft pastel shades and white trim provide a relaxing sleeping climate.
Additionally, there is an open American style gallery kitchen. It has a glass top section for dining with two leather bar stools.
Also, the modern bathroom comes with a large shower and an oversized antique wheel mirror. A Louis XV chandelier, not common in luxury rentals in Buenos Aires Argentina, overhangs from the ceiling.
Large antique mirrors grace the walls to reflect light and add to the feeling of space.
Wall art by Argentine artists Luciana Vernet and Pilar Lucero complete the taste and style of this unit. It is one of our most romantic vacation rentals in Recoleta Buenos Aires.
There are 17 BA rentals in the Poetry Building. Our sundeck, dipping pool, and honor bar are available to all of our guests. We are also very proud of having one of BA’s only rooftop organic vegetable gardens: Ellie’s garden. Guests are welcome to make use of it during their stay. Lastly, each apartment has unlimited access to our on-site concierge desk. We can help our guests with restaurant bookings, activities around the city, airport transfers, and much more.
